Order processing
All orders are processed within one to two business days. You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after your purchase, and a shipping confirmation with tracking once your package leaves our facility.
Shipping rates
We currently offer free standard shipping on all US orders regardless of package size. There are no hidden handling fees.
Delivery times
- United States: 5 to 7 business days from order date
- Canada: 10 to 14 business days (additional fees may apply)
- International: 14 to 21 business days (additional fees may apply)
Tracking
Every shipment includes a tracking number sent to the email address on your order. Tracking updates begin once the package is scanned by the carrier.
Lost or damaged packages
If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact support@healthyconsumer.us within 14 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and arrange a replacement at no cost to you.
Address accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
Customs and duties
International orders may be subject to import duties or taxes levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
